DescriptionSince 1993, we have provided effective advocacy and integrated services to youth offenders, low-income parents and aspiring entrepreneurs seeking to start or expand a business.
IBSA is committed to the development and provision of programs that serve as alternatives to traditional institutionalization and works to further individuals' full participation as productive citizens to society. Employment/Self-employment training, services and programs are provided under contract with the State of Kansas Dept. of Commerce (WIA), the Dept. of Children & Families (DCF), and other government and nonprofit agencies.
